Carla's last album, "The Ring Of Truth", was released in the U.S. as of August 27, 2002 on Smile Records and is distributed by Image Entertainment (Smile Records ID2966KL) Smile Records. The U.K. release is on Evangeline Recorded Works, in England (Evangeline Recorded Works GEL 4024).
There are 12 newly recorded songs featuring Mick Taylor on 9 songs, Barry Goldberg on 8, and John Sebastian playing harmonica on the Bob Dylan song 'Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window?'. Mick reprises his amazing solo on the Rolling Stones' song 'Winter' although Carla's version clocks in at twice the length of the original and Mick is featured throughout in an incredible guitar tour-de-force. An MP3 file playing juke box will be on this site soon featuring preview selections from this and Carla's other albums - stay tuned!
